I would strongly caution anyone moving forward with working with White, Grego & White Insurance. A remarkably frustrating process that has caused many issues with our loan that we’re still dealing with almost 6 months after moving.
- A month after moving into our home we were alerted by our title company that we did not have homeowners insurance. WGW had not filed our homeowner’s insurance because ‘someone forgot’ due to it being their last day. We never received a proactive call or email explaining the situation.
- Without any communication on the situation, a completely new policy was created. Once we put all the pieces together and understood what was happening, we let WGW know that we did not want to move forward with ANY policies with them.
- A few months later we received a notice that the policy we explicitly asked them to stop and not move forward with, was processed and pulled from our escrow funds without our approval.

We’re still sorting through the issues the WGW team has caused and would not recommend them to anyone, especially for personal home insurance. The woman we worked with at WGW even noted that she was not confident in the abilities of the team at White Grego and White.

I always try to support a local business, but not at the risk of your home loan and the headache and issues it will cause you.

I have all my insurance lines through Grego White. Great insurance. Great service. Everyone is extremely helpful. The person who left the bad review must be delusional.
