Dan lechner is straight garbage. Dan and his staff. I wouldn't recommend the Dan Lechner Farmers Group. This agency doesn't communicate. They make their client's feel like just a number. I was with Farmers Insurance for 7 years and have decided to switch companies. Farmers continue to increase rates without any explanation. I have been a loyal client without tickets or accidents. I am happy that I decided to do comparisons with other companies out there. Not only did I have a sufficient amount of money, I found better coverage! I like to do business with honest, trustworthy, communicative, & affordable companies. Do your research before choosing to insure you & your family. Thanks for nothing Dan lechner......

Dan and his team at farmers has been absolutely amazing. He’s not only given me great service with changing my renters policy but actually given me a better more complete policy all around. He also was quick to come right in my time of need and help me get life insurance on our new born baby and made the process so seamless. I personally feel that the world of insurance is quite confusing but he was always there to answer my calls and provide me the best service possible. If you want someone that truly cares about you and wants the best for you, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out and give Dan and his team a call!

If we could give 6 stars, this guy would still be underrated.

Dan has carried our insurance for a couple of yours now. However, recently we had a sewer backup from a collapsed pipe and had to actually use our insurance. It was a huge mess and we were overwhelmed to put it mildly. Dan was immediately on it. We were talking with plumbers & restoration companies IN PERSON the next morning! (The backup happened at 8pm the night before)

Not only were we covered for this crazy expensive issue but Dan is walking us through it all step by step. I don't know how we would have dealt with this alone, all while juggling jobs, kids, family illness etc.

If you are looking for someone to treat you like a truly valued customer and go above and beyond, you found him.

Dan Lechner is not just an outstanding Insurance Agent. He is selfless in his pursuit to help the community and those who are in need. Yes! Dan does deliver top-shelf service and he does go far beyond anything you would expect from an insurance agent. BUT, when you realize how selfless he is when it comes to helping others, that makes him an incredibly outstanding individual and I encourage everyone to, at the very least, meet with him and see for yourself, all the great benefits he delivers.

I feel it is important to share what an awful experience I have had with both this office and Farmer’s Insurance. If you are shopping my recommendation is to keep looking. I went with Daniel because he promised premier service. I would have to write a book on how much went wrong with both service and pricing. This has had long lasting affects even after I left! It has affected my car loans (they never sent in proof of insurance) my credit score and even pricing on my new policy because I was with Farmers for less than six months. I got the pricing I was quoted one month! ( our policy tripled by the time I left) The biggest thing you should be aware of is the lack of integrity. I had a new driver on our policy that I was honest about and when they did the paperwork they did not add him. They asked me to sign the paperwork stating that all drivers were on the policy. I felt dishonest signing something that was not true. It made me sick that they wanted me to lie and then sign my name to it. BE WARE!!!! The clincher is that when I called to cancel I asked if I owed anything else and they told me “no”. I just got sent to collections for $55.

Dan and the Lechner Agency are very thorough and supportive of their clients and community, giving far more than could be expected. He is honest and thorough, communicating and supporting his clients in every step of the way. He also offers his personal assistance when needed, working directly with Farmers for to help you get the help you really need.

Poor communication. Had emailed Mr. Lechner about why our rates increased suddenly with zero reason. We had no bad marks and had been with him steadily for a few years.
When Mr. Lechner responded back it was very cocky and arrogant. He stated he would look in to it and get back with us. After three different attempts on our end to reach Mr. Lechner because "there was nobody like him", resulting in zero response back. On our final email to the group informing them we would be switching to a different carrier due to this we received an email forwarded by his assistant canceling our policy in a month. Mr. Lechner didn't even have enough dignity to reach out to us himself or call. Poor business and zero attempt to rectify the issue.

Dan and Mindy are fabulous to work with!
