Just like many insurance companies cost varies. They are polite and helpfull. Unlike other companies? Jeff saw my car plowed in on all sides. He came over and shoveled it out with us. That makes them better than the rest!!! We had them for many years. They found all the savings they could for us. My fav worker left😔. Than we found a better deal and left.

Without a job and struggling to pay bills I had to garage my car for several months because I couldn't afford the insurance. Finally getting Social Security retirement benefits I wanted to reinsure my car. I was told I'd have to go through the General for insurance. For a car that gets driven less than 20 miles a month, no tickets, accidents or DUI's, I'm having to pay $126 per month for a 65 year old male! That's a lode of you know what; but because I need it I'm paying it. After 6 months I'll go with someone cheaper and it won't be American Family Insurance!

I was with American Family for years and years. Then Jeff Hocker took over and I went with them with business ins one of his employees screwed up my paperwork and they cost me 10 grand and never would own up to there mistake.
