Sophie at PCB is an absolute Angel on Earth. I have had cancer multiple times as well as many surgeries. Needless to say, I have a lot of medical bills and am unable to work right now. Sophie helped me set up a payment plan that was affordable for me. There have been months where I’ve been in tears on the phone because the bills get overwhelming. Sophie is always compassionate and patient. We work together to keep me from falling behind. I wish that all of the calls I receive were as pleasant as the calls from Sophie. She always asks how I am doing. When she calls and I hear her voice, I actually smile. : )

I recently had a problem with my mothers medical bill that was mistakenly sent to collection. As you can imagine this caused great anxiety. Luckily I got Sophie on the phone. She was very professional and helpful in getting the problem fixed in a timely manner. Thank you Sophie!

I spoke with Katrina who is was amazing. I had eye surgery the end of 2017, unfortunately in the beginning of 2018 my husband had a stroke. Needless to say my bills were put on hold, although I had paid some of them. I was so confused with all the bills and payments I had made. When I spoke with Katrina, she went above and beyond to help me sort things out and settle my outstanding debt. She never once made me feel uncomfortable about my bills, she only helped. In my opinion, she is a very valuable employee to this company.

In January of 2019 I was taken to the ER and I was out of work for some time and was unable to keep up with my bills. Sophie from PCB was very helpful and patient. Sophie will call and check up on me and make sure that I wasn't falling behind. We need more people in the workplace like her. Thanks sophie for all your help.

i wish i could give this company zero stars. karen is sooooo rude on the phone. i paid my bill LAST YEAR and they sent me letters again. went to pay it again so they could just leave me ALONE and was met with nothing but rudeness. i was extremely kind and soft spoken. she was talking over me, interrupting me, etc. SO RUDE. i emailed them to let them know their customer service is trash, and was told that they receive sooo many emails saying they are great blah blah blah. i have worked in customer service for FIVE YEARS and maybe only three times did someone ever call or email us to tell us we are doing great. lol... this company is such a joke. i will make sure i never have to deal with them again, and if i do, they will not get a penny from me.
when she told me she has a long standing good customer service reputation, i sent her a screenshot of the google reviews and told her that is very doubtful.
i understand that when people call collections, they are probably not the happiest to begin with, but i WAS NOT RUDE OR MEAN! THERE IS NO REASON TO TREAT ME LIKE TRASH IF I AM BEING POLITE AND SOFT SPOKEN.

LEARN FROM THIS, PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!

This company CONTINUALLY practices illegal collection procedures. My father has been dead for 6 months, yet they keep sending mail and calling for him. In the state of NY spouse and family are not response for the medical debt of the deceased. This is now harassment

Just got a call from them. They ask for my name & I tell the woman on the phone that I don't verify my name with anyone without knowing who's calling me. She got nasty and said "I can't tell you until you verify your name", repeated what I said before she responds with "forget it, bye". I love pissing off scammers.
