We had a freak hailstone almost two years ago that had damaged roof. I was unaware of damage until our roofer pointed it out and explained that was why we were having parts of shingles coming off. Turned claim into our “good hands” insurance company who offered to only replace about 28 shingles for an amount less than our deductible. I called and pointed out how bad that would look, plus mentioned the law about uniform appearance. Adjuster laughed, asked about where I heard that. Adjuster never got back like they said and our roofer recommended Craig Little, with Public Adjusters “Claim Rangers”. Craig came out, checked my roof very carefully, and went over his findings. After signing papers, Craig took over. He had roof reinspected with his man and went to work for me. Craig found hail damage that had gone unnoticed by others. He kept me well at informed of communications with insurance company. He got us a settlement that paid for full replacement of roof plus his fee which I considered very reasonably. I had checked his company out before I used Craig and now I see why he had such a good reputation. I found him honest, friendly, and very competent! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with dealing with the ‘big boys’! I don’t know Craig Little other than my experience with him, and the only thing I am getting for this review is the pleasure it gives me to tell others about my experience with him. Max Blair.

Not leaving a poor review due to no success on a claim from insurance, but a poor review due to no/poor communication from Claim Rangers.
I contacted them for the same reason as many others, roof damage from a severe storm. Insurance was very prompt but only wanted to cover one side of the roof for repairs. Every roofer that gave a quote said the entire roof needed to be replaced. The shingles were no longer available and due to already having two layers of tile, it all needed to be replaced and you can't just replace one side having two layers on both. Claim Rangers agreed and said that is what they do. So we signed the contract with them.
After over a month of no inspector calling us to come do an inspection to start the battle with the insurance co., I contacted Claim Rangers to inquire when they were going to do the initial inspection. Claim Rangers told me they contacted an inspector, they even told me the name and said that was totally unacceptable. They said they would find out what happened and get back to me. One day shy of two weeks later I attempted to contact Claim Rangers again because they never got back to me. I left another message asking when an inspection would be done. Again, no communication back. I let another week go by and attempted the same thing. Again nothing, zero communication. After another week and no answers I sent an email inquiring why no communication. I then received a voice mail telling me they were not able to help me and the contract was canceled. Again, it is disappointing that no additional funds for repairs were able to be obtained from the insurance, but no anger or bad reviews from that. It is solely from no communication, no communication for weeks at a time. No replies to messages saying anything at all. I isn't like we were pestering them calling everyday. The no communication is extremely unprofessional.
*Update* Again, a low review isn't due to not being able to "help". It also isn't for not communicating everyday, communication everyday was never asked for. Going over a month asking when the first step will begin isn't asking everyday. Waiting for over a week at a time between messages for the first message to be returned isn't asking for daily communication. A lower review is for not communicating for weeks or not at all. Not returning messages for a week, two weeks, a month isn't a very acceptable business practice. You were not being asked everyday for communication, it was weeks apart inquiring for the first message to be returned. Two stars was actually being very generous. An initial inspection was never performed leading to an assumption nothing was actually really done at all, I don't know because no communication was made. What is sad is more effort and communication was actually made with this review reply than the actual case, and very prompt I might add. No negative review or even a review at all would have even been given if it was just an unable to help with just simple communication

Very happy with our outcome, could not have done without Claim Rangers help. Insurance companies are not going to provide us with what we deserve, so we needed to fight for it. Its nice to have a company our your side.
