From my first contact with this company, I have had outstanding customer service and penultimate professionalism! My neighbor gave me a business card months ago, for Insurance Professionals of Arizona (Sunrise Insurance Agency). When my homeowners insurance renewal came in the mail with an increase of nearly 70%, I called the office and was first greeted by Ally. She took all my information and was extremely kind and efficient. I returned her call the next day, and she was out on vacation. Cassandra was quick to assist me, without any hesitation or interruption in the outstanding customer service.

HORRIBLE $300 INCREASED per month UNNECESSARILY thanks to the PROFESSIONALS at DROPPING the BALL. They let our insurance drop without notifying us. Mortgage company had to put coverage on it. 3 premiums later and 0 refunds our escrow raised our mortgage payment $300 per month thanks to the PROFESSIONALS at insurance professionals in Kingman. Insurance Professionals of Arizona is one of the best companies I have ever worked with! The representatives there are amazing at customer service, they make you feel like one of the group. They're extremely thorough with explanations and making sure you have the best deal available. I am not very good at technical terms when it comes to insurance. I'm honestly clueless. Rachel took the time to explain every question and the ins and outs of the policy options until I was 100% confident in my choice! Every interaction has been so easy with their help! Even small things like address changes, email changes or policy holder changes are greeted with a smile and the best interactions. I can't see myself ever going to anyone else!
