I have been insuring through American Family Insurance for several years. When we moved to Nebraska 2 years ago, we found the staff at Justin Thompson Agency very helpful, quick to respond to questions through texts, emails, and phone calls. They do a good job explaining what their insurance products cover and the options available at different price points. When we had to provide flood insurance for 2 of our properties this year, Katryna went the extra mile and found a private insurance option that was significantly less than the National Insurance with the same coverage options.
