I would leave zero stars if possible. Played phone tag with Mike for two months leading to my move to Arizona. He was always too busy to connect with me. I, along with the family that referred me to him, repeatedly explained the importance of us obtaining health insurance that would be accepted by Arizona hospitals for my husbands $20,000 a pop, cancer treatments, as we were moving from Oregon to Arizona, Because Mike failed to understand the importance of making this change, he also failed to tell me that even with a life changing event such as moving states, we must have our application in by the 15th of the month to qualify for health insurance in Arizona, we were unable to obtain health insurance until 2022. Therefor I am faced with the horrible decision of taking out a loan to pay for my husbands cancer treatment, until our new insurance kicks in, in 2022. If you care about your family, obtain health insurance elsewhere. Somewhere that actually cares about your family and what happens to them. Or circumvent this ridiculous system and call the marketplace yourself, like I did and obtain insurance. If we can do this on our own, why should insurance agents receive huge commissions for simply making a phone call that we are capable of making ourselves. I am beyond disappointed with the complete lack of service I received from this agency.
