I can’t speak for most in the office, but Dwight is unprofessional. I had an auto quote run 6 months prior that was more than we currently paid, but with a better company. I was told a hail claim causing an increase would fall off by the next renewal, and so I thanked him for his time and mentioned we were considering it and would let him know if we wanted to proceed, but did decide to give our current carrier one last chance. Fast forward 6 months, of which our carrier continued the trend for a fourth renewal with 20-30% increases, so I emailed him again hoping for a requote. After 2 days of no reply, I called in the office. The one who answered was nice and ready to take my info for a new auto quote, but I mentioned I did have a previous one with Dwight, so he transferred me over. I gave a little backstory and asked if he had received my email, to which he replied, “yes, but I don’t have time to deal with it”. I asked if anyone in the office would, and he said, “no, everyone is also busy”. My original quote was not extensive, nor did I have much back and forth. Other than not signing up with him the first time, I cannot think of a reason for him to have brushed me off. Nothing had changed, so betting it would have been fairly easy.
Again, I cannot speak about anyone else there professionally with much certainty, but I do question a company employing someone in a customer service industry who would respond like that.
