We deal with this crap hole too much but in this particular incident, I show up at noon on Saturday 9/7/24 and see that my trailer is loaded but I have to leave the premises because the paperwork isn’t ready. Mind you, the load is due at Costco in Morris IL at 5am the following day so plenty of time. 7.5 hr run. Fast forward to Sunday morning 9/8 at 3:50am I get a call that my load is ready. They claim they were waiting on the usda to release the product. I get to the plant to find that my trailer was parked in a different spot than where it was the previous day. I go to back under it and have to stop and get out because it’s too high. When I get to the trailer I see that at some point the shag truck had backed under it off to the side and got hung up and broke the first three cross members behind the kingpin plate. This place is and always has been a joke for as long as I can remember. Let me add, the guard shack staff is great. They are kind and patient and they deal with a lot of crap. This isn’t their fault for the delay or the damage. They get 5 stars. Shan and Promise are top notch!

Dropped trailer at 10:30 am got call to pick up at 7:30 pm . Got to the yard trailer was still in the door. Waited a hour for them to pull it got hooked. The seal number didn't match the paperwork. Sat for another four hours in there yard hooked to it. The yard dog came by yelling at me. The came back was rude. Um hooked the trailer. She took it back to a door. I left. I'll probably still be here when y'all show up day shift guard was nice and nite shift guard was nice. Has a wash out on site. Always Parking at loves. Nite guards were nice.

Appt was scheduled btwn 9/15 to 9/17 for a drop and hook. I called on 9/15 to check on my load and it was ready. I got to location and checked in. The gentlemen at guard booth were really nice. My load was ready as told. You don't need to wash trailer out as i did, they wash them onsite. The bay is right off to the right hand side once you pass guard booth. I was in and out in less than 45 mins. Thank you Cargill!!

They try their best to get everything processed and into the trucks as fast as possible. So many parts to the process that it can be a few hours to a cpl of days for pick-ups. But overall, really good to work with ... parking down the block at ❤️Love's

In the world of trucking this place is a “Unicorn!”
If I could give them 10 stars I would. I’ve always done drop/hook so can’t speak to other types of load/unload here but every time my load has been 20+ hours early!
This place makes me squeal like a schoolgirl!

Usually, only a drop & hook for me over the years...
Guards are always so sweet & kind. They'll tell you to drop your empty just across the street. Pass back through guard shack to go get your loaded trailer.

Usually pretty good and straightforward. Usually, I can call to check on status, but not today. Called to check on at 2 hours past my appointment I was told trailer loaded, but it would be another hour for bills. Started trying to call 3 hours later, but no answer. Finally drove back over, starting my clock, only to be told still no bills. 1 guy just sitting on his ass while other working when I asked if someone could call to see what was going on. Told by guy doing nothing that the other guy would later. 😡
