Dan Johnson is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. Since the get go he has been uncooperative, unwilling to listen or even work with us. Despite providing evidence and professional opinions supporting our claim that the damage to our roof should be covered by insurance due to tree impacts and wind. Dan has made up every excuse in the book to avoid repairing the roof. He initially claimed that the damage predated our insurance coverage, but I provided evidence of a full inspection done when we purchased the camper, which he dismissed as a lie. He then claimed that it could not be covered as water was not leaking into the camper instead a previous bad repair , had caused the wood to rot underneath the front cap. I stated that this had not been a problem until recently as water had just began leaking into our bedroom. He then tried to change his previous statement and said that we had to remove the metal covering and open the front cap for it to be insured. We asked for him to come until 3:30pm as my husband was at work until then and had to get a ladder and remove the bolts securing it at top. He showed up at 2:30 and said that he would not wait for us so either my husband came back from work early or he was leaving. My husband opened the whole front end for him to check so what was only a four inch hole was now a four foot gap. Dan still refused to cover the damage, claiming that it had not been caused by a tree or wind. When I mentioned the storms that had hit Columbus, Nebraska heavily, Dan called me a liar, insisting that Columbus had not experienced any storms this year. I gave many examples of storms we had been in such as labor day weekend and even locations of where a tree may have hit the camper. Dan was so impolite and just laughed when I stated that I did not have proof of when the tree branch had hit our camper. I replied that I do not go out to check the roof of our camper everytime a storm comes through. I spent that entire evening going through my camera roll and found several images showing large tree branches hitting the roof top and sent them over to him with an exact date of a bad wind storm. All in all this experience has been the most stressful two weeks anyone could imagine from the mind games Dan has been playing to flat out being laughed at and called a liar in front of my family. No other insurance has been this difficult to work with or rude when I've asked friends and camper repair shops about their previous claims.

Seth was very good to work with. He was extremely patient and understanding, even at times when I was not easy to work with. In the end, I felt like he went above and beyond to work my claim, and I am thankful for that.
