Very uncommunicative. Very disrespectful. I’m highly disappointed. Scheduled a viewing with them and they said they’d be there at Noon. Took time off work to go to the viewing and nobody showed. Nobody responded to my texts. When I called I got immediately sent to voicemail. I spent 45 minutes today hopeful about a new apartment to only be completely ignored by this company. I will go out of my way to avoid doing any business with them in the future.

Had the most helpful lease signing experience with Veritas. My lovely property manager, Allison, sat down with me and took the time to read/explain the lease contract word for word. She was very kind yet straight forward and was open to answering any and all questions. It’s very noticeable that the property management company as a whole prefers smooth sailing through good communication with tenants. I haven’t been able to say that about another property management company yet, so I’m excited to be in the hands of Veritas!

Veritas has been managing our single family home in Missoula for just about a year now. Sonia and Timbre have been wonderful to work with. They quickly found the perfect tenants for our house. Since then, we've been able to enjoy consistent updates about our property, along with the rent checks on a monthly basis.

Their maintenance service is also amazing! This company really tries to keep costs low, which is higly appreciated. Sonia always checks in with us about any necessary repairs before sending maintenance out. So there is never a surprise on our rental statements, which we value and appreciate.

We've always felt 100% comfortable with this team managing our investment property and will definitely renew our contract next year.

Overall, very poor experience with Veritas over the 2 years we lived with them for. Starting off in July of 2020 when we moved in, Erin (who no longer works for Veritas) was great and we had nothing but good interactions with her. A few months in, as usual for most renters, we had some maintenance requests. Veritas will argue, but no matter the emergence, your maintenance request will not even be looked at for weeks, let alone fixed. When we moved out, we had an active maintenance request from April 6th, 2021. We also got charged for this when we moved out in July 2022.. The whole company is corrupt. Not a single person at this company is reliable or respectful. They are extremely nice when you first move in, of course because they gain money. Once you live there for more than a few months, you are ignored, and invalidated in EVERYTHING you say or do. They are extremely repetitive offenders of giving way less than 24 hours’ notice for any maintenance, and terrible communication. Example: leaving a piece of paper with a single piece of scotch tape on your front door letting you know you owe $30 extra dollars each month for “admin fees”, no text or email until WE reached out questioning. There is absolutely no professionalism within this company. Move out week soon came, which was the worst overall experience. Allison was extremely rude on the phone, when she was late for our move out inspection at 4pm. I called multiple times at 4:30 wondering where she was, until she picked up and verbally screamed “CAN YOU STOP CALLING ME, IM DRIVING?!!!!” as if I were supposed to know she was leaving work at 4:30 when their hours are till 5pm Friday. Second, how was I to know she was driving, and third SHE set up the time to meet, not me. As you could assume, we lost 41% of our deposit. Not to add we were charged for a $150 (each) for a trash removal fee when it was our neighbors trash, but we still paid our $30 a month trash fee for that month so even if it was, not sure how that one works. We did not even want to attempt to argue our deposit back. So here I am writing this review, hoping to prevent future people from being stripped of their money, energy, and time from this horrific company. Good luck!

Veritas Property Management is the best property company I have dealt with! My friend and I recently moved across the country with a horrible welcome when it came to finding an apartment/dealing with property companies. We were blessed to come across Veritas. The apartment we rented out is affordable, BRAND new/gorgeous, and thankfully pet friendly! We worked with a very nice lady from Veritas through the entire process. She always returned phone calls, was very patient, understanding and answered ALL our questions. She was even more than happy to help us when her work day was over!! They actually care about you as a tenant and customer! I would reccommend Veritas a hundred times over. You won't be dissapointed.

As an out-of-town landlord, I need property managers who identify problems and keep tenants happy, as well as screen potential tenants who are suitable. The folks at Veritas perform very satisfactorily on all tasks. The bottom line is, my tenants are of good caliber, and my property is kept in safe and attractive condition.
