I am always treated excellent by the staff at the Alex Ross State Farm Office in Lake Havasu City. Usually I just call them and get everything taken care of over the phone. I usually am helped by Sandra and she ALWAYS does an excellent job with assisting me. Sandra Taylor was a HUGE help!! I made one phone call and had to leave a message and the next thing I knew, I had a voicemail asking me for my email address. Working with the Alex Ross State Farm group is just so easy. Tom and Lexi ask a few questions and you get a very competitive quote that day or early the next day. What a great surprise-I hit the Lottery! I called them on a recommendation from a friend and was walked thru the process, hand in hand with Sandra. She went above and beyond necessary, to quote and bind not only the autos, but the house and the trailer too...And, the best part was, we saved over a $1,000 annually going with State Farm! I am just so excited. I will be contacting them when the RZR policy comes due, and will be shopping any future insurance with them....Now if only they wrote policies for California!!!
