After fussing with the insurance company for 6 months and getting next to nowhere, our friends told us to hire a public adjuster to help us with our claim. Unfortunately, they said it was the only way to get them to "do the right thing" and help us rebuild our kitchen so we could get our home and our life back to normal. So, we started doing our research to find a local public adjuster. I picked out a few folks from a couple of sources and even got a referral from a friend. I checked out their reviews and one name stood out from the small crowd: Pamela Brown. The other companies had good reviews but the ones for American Public Adjusting were exceptional. They all mentioned Pamela's name as if she had developed a special bond with them, while also providing the professionalism and expertise to effectively deal with the challenges they faced. I still went ahead and called a few companies so that I could do my "due diligence" but Pamela stood out by responding quickly and with a care and concern that wasn't so apparent with the other companies. When Pamela came to our home she had a confidence that wasn't arrogant, and demonstrated a sincere and caring demeanor that felt genuine. Choosing Pamela Brown and American Public Adjusting was the best decision I've made in a long time. She spent a good deal of time with us to explain the process, she quickly gathered all the information she needed to present our case to the insurance company and successfully reached a settlement that has enabled us to make the repairs we would never have been able to make without her help. Even a month after the settlement payment was made and she finally received her payment, she continues to check on us to make sure the repairs are coming along and if we are doing okay. Her customer service is second to none and her professionalism and expertise are top notch! I could go on and on but I've run out of room! Hire Pamela Brown and American Public Adjusting. I don't know what I would of done without Pam @American Adjusting LLC. My hot water pipe busted in the slab of my concrete block house in March of 2021. I contacted my plumber and a dry out company immediately. I personally put the claim in myself not realizing I could hire an adjuster. They sent their adjuster out within two days. He took measurements and said they would be in touch. It was the dry out company that recommended Pam @American Public Adjusting. She came out within a day and took over right away. This is Pam's business..she went to school for disaster relief. A consumer does not know how to properly measure and doesn't know the current pricing for tile, sheetrock, molding and flooring. Pam does and trust me I worry for any insurance company trying to take advantage of her clients! If you represent yourself they will offer you less then half and believe me they will jerk you around for up to six months time and by then you will take their low ball offer because you are so sick of the process. I never, not once had to reach out to Pam for an update She kept me in the loop at all times. I did repipe both hot and cold and Thank God for Stimulus checks. My insurance company did try to draw out the process, however Pam had the papers drawn up and threatened court action. I happened to have the worst insurance company in the southeast but they were no match for this lady! I am getting to this well earned review late because my daughter got married last week and we had to go through wedding nightmare's for the last couple of months with vendors disappearing with her money. The way the world is today you need a power house like Pam!

I was referred to American Publishing co after i experienced a flood to my townhome. I spoke to Pamela Brown who got to work immediately & referred a company to get rid of the water to avoid a mold problem. She worked with my difficult insurance company to get me the best settlement possible. Ultimately she suggested that we go to an Umpire to increase the settlement, which resulted in a substantial additional amount which was enough to cover the massive amount of work needed. I am SO impressed & grateful for the hard work & perseverance. She was ALWAYS immediately available to answer any questions or concerns. Working with Pamela Brown was great . My Home suffered damage from hurricane Matthew. I ofiled a claim through my insurance company. Of course they sent their adjuster out: He came up with an estimate of $3000 .
Which I laughed at him. I don’t know how $3000 is going to fix half of the house flooding roof damage and a fence down. After arguing with the insurance company and being so stressed out I couldn’t take it anymore . I found American public adjusting through one of my clients . I called them right away and Pamela came out to my home and worked up her own estimate. So hiring her was the best thing I could’ve ever done . Pamela and her team were wonderful . They accomplish more in two weeks then I could do in a year . When you hire American public adjusting you do not have to pay any money upfront which I think is so wonderful . No payment due until you settle. They deal with the stress of the insurance company and you no longer have to .
Just save all your estimates, receipts, photos and videos. Whenever you have so you can email or send them over to Pamela and her team . If I have any future damage in the future with my home I will be calling American public adjusting . I want to thank you so much for helping me.

As a homeowner for 20 years we had never experience a flood in our home. When a sub floor pipe cracked and leaked running 2 bedrooms and a bathroom we weren't sure what to do.
