Been with Gallatin Insurance since 2010 or 2011. Initially went with them because I lived in Belgrade and drove by their business everyday. Moved to Butte in 2011 and have stayed with them since. They have seen me through several houses, vehicles, and campers. Always super responsive and helpful. Never have to worry about my policies.

Poor customer service. Reached out to other agents and learned we were underinsured in areas and were able to get much better rates for workers comp, now we are paying almost half what we were previously. Agent was slow to respond or didn't respond at all when we needed to make changes. Switched to another agency and our current agent from Gallatin never even reached out, actually haven't heard from him since he got our business two years ago. I want an agent that thinks of things for you because they know insurance better than you do, did not receive this service from Gallatin. I should specifically say we worked with Nick Knight, I would not recommend. He must get so much new business every year he doesn't need to take care of his current customers.
