We have been working with Suhr and Lichti for 20+ years. We recently upgraded our vehicle and it was extremely easy to make the transition of our coverage. Friendly people. Very efficient. We have our home and cabin insurance with them as well and have had a couple hail claims. They were very responsive and fair in the settlement.

That relationship, with coverage underwriting by Farmers Mutual of Nebraska, has proven to be a rewarding one. Knowledgeable, prompt and professional service has been the norm for all of those years, combining policy and coverage review and recommendations with fast fair claim service. The Suhr & Lichty agents and the adjusters with Farmers Mutual have been awesome to work with. I wouldn't have my P&C insurance with anybody else.

Why do do business with an insurance agency 100 miles away when there are multitudes of insurance choices in between? Simple. Impeccable communication, immediate and fair claims adjustment and processing, and a staff dedicated to professional excellence.
