I would give 0 stars if it allowed me too. State Farm dropped us because we used our policy. We literally had 2 comprehensive claims in 3 years. My wife hit a deer and I hit a hawk. So because we used our insurance as it was intended to be used. Michael and State Farm canceled our insurance. Don’t even get me started on State Farm’s customer service when it comes to getting a claim processed. When asked why I was cancelled for using my policy as it was intended to be used. Michael and his office said there was nothing they could do to override it at the local level. Which is probably just a scape goat. I wouldn’t recommend Michael Brittenham - State Farm Insurance to anyone. If you’re looking for a good competitive rate and a great agent. Contact Jacklyn Weekley - Allstate. She is amazing and her agency has outstanding customer service.

Michael has helped me out with insurance advice and guidance on several occasions. He's like the insurance godfather, a truly exemplary man who genuinely wants everyone to be taken care of.

Let me be clear: Michael is (unfortunately) not even my agent, as I live out of state and outside his licensure. If you're in Nebraska, have had any level of nightmare experiences with insurance confusion or disaster, get yourself covered by a TRUE neighbor. This guy's got your back.

After being a loyal State Farm for years ( 3 policies) with a clean record, I get dropped after a major violation (DUI). They just left me out to dry because they would not do SR22 filing. It's weird how Allstate and Progressive were more than happy to insure me at a similar rate. Life lesson, don't waste your time with STATE FARM.
