In order to work here you must be rude, heartless, callous & make people feel guilty for the economy that we live in. Got served a "Order for Hearing" paper for a garnishment we are paying on and it say's to call Laura Maurstad but you can't even talk to her. Then they refuse to talk to you because they say you hired an attorney when that's not true. I absolutely despise the people I have dealt with here. BCH needs to stop using them.

Horrible to deal with. They won't accept payment plans. They are happy to take people to court and get wage garnishment.

I used them to collect a judgement debt. I could not be happier with the process. The communication was very responsive. Hope to never be in this position again but if I am they will be my first call.

What do you expect? They're a medical collections company and the worst I've ever experienced. Im beyond embarrassed that our city uses them for our local VFD for collections billing. I feel sorry for anyone who has to talk to this soulless outfit. Don't expect any help or sympathy from them. I'm pretty sure they sleep like a baby at night taking cancer patients and whatnot to court while tacking on any petty charges of their on top of the original bill.

This place has no integrity and does not care about people. They sent a small medical bill to them on my wife. My wife now is fighting Carcinoma Stage 3 Cancer. The last 3 years have been horrendous seeing my wife suffering. Yet this collection agency says they care about how they treat people.

Absolutely horrible people! They throw your life circumstances in your face and expect respect!
The have no respect for anyone and they expect respect from us but it's earned not given.
They need to understand this is a hard time for everyone and that people are struggling on top of trying to make bills.

But asking personal questions that has nothing to do with what was being discussed is dirty and underhanded and this business should be shut down.

Amber is the only one that has been nice to me when I call.

They need to learn compassion, understanding, respect and a few other things

Today just got off the phone with Tiffany and was super disrespectful because of my post she's refusing to help I even had my phone on speaker and witnesses.
Now telling me we will be sending you back to court and I need to re read what I wrote. The truth doesn't hurt. I will be calling corporate this type of retaliation is unacceptable and she needs to reprimanded for unprofessional conduct

Don’t attempt to make a payment plan or half payments. They will not accept anything but the full amount because we are a waste of their time stated by the supervisor Tiffany. This is the most RUDEST company I have ever spoke with. They are very tacky in the way they speak AT YOU. Be aware that they have employees that are above us all and we are just a waste of time and space. I hope they all have the day they deserve thank you

They helped me get my collection account squared away after I had the surprise of my life getting a call from them. Even though I couldn't afford much per paycheck to take care of this, they worked with me and made me feel very cared for. This is a people-centered business, and your concerns should lie mainly with whatever creditor you have. They are kind and flexible, in particular Janet. She's amazing and made this process so much easier. I'm out of debt as of today, and it's in part due to her kindness.
