Scott Nurick is a life saver.
I contacted JSS Claims for an issue my mother in law was having when rain water started pouring into her bathroom one night.

We recently had property damage right before leaving for a weeklong vacation. We called Scott, and he was on it right away. He made all of the arrangements with the insurance company, responded to all of their inquiries, and even escorted them around our property to explain the damage. When we returned from our vacation a week later, there was already a check waiting for us in the mail. Scott didn't think that first check was enough to properly fix the damage, so he went back to work. Another check came a week after that, and another a few weeks later.
