James Rode and MLA Claims were life changing for us after a small kitchen fire last year turned into a nightmare. We had a claim that needed expert guidance after the insurer messed things up early and put us into a very difficult position. I had to hire and pay for an Industrial Hygienist to prove that the mitigation company (hired by the insurer) made things worse. James Rode guided me all along the way (even before I hired him) and made sure that we were treated fairly. He took our case, even though it wasn't profitable for them, because they are good people. I would certainly recommend this Public Adjuster for others whenever you have a large loss claim or your homeowner's insurance is not treating your right.

At every stage he was a trusted advisor and worked with us collaboratively as we considered our next moves. His understanding of the insurance business, applicable law, building code, and the claims process is unparalleled.

Bob was alternatively aggressive and collaborative when the moment called for it, but always professional and congenial.

Ultimately our outcome was far in excess of our expectations and we would not hesitate to use Bob again.

Brad, was absolutely horrible, he talked a good game at the beginning of my claim, he did nothing but lie! Was supposed to be sending my insurance company pictures and a estimate of damages back in July, however as of September 11, they still haven’t received the information, the whole time he was texting me stating they were revising my original estimate. (He stop returning my calls) Then when I texted him and stated that if he didn’t contact me today 9/11/20 I would no longer need his services: he responded ASAP and said “FINE DO IT YOURSELF”.... OMG WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS PLACE!! SAVE YOURSELF DON’T GET YOURSELF INVOLVED WITH HIM... Definitely not Reputable... I wish I could give zero stars cause one is to good for him.
