I reached out to Daniel with Auto Claim Consultants after my 2002 Ford F350 was stolen and recovered after 3 months. My insurance company Progressive, set it's value at a very low $10,000. Trucks in like condition resell for $20,000+. I worked with Progressive for over 90 days and made no progress. I became frustrated and very discouraged. I contacted Daniel and in just a few weeks he was able to negotiate a settlement for over $22,000, more than double what Progessive was offering. Daniel is super responsive and very knowedeable. It’s a shame you need to utilize a service like this but the reality of the situation is that your insurance company will try to take advantage of you in many cases if you don’t. After a declared total loss my insurance company GEICO came back with an appraisal amount or $12k. I was in disbelief and after some negotiation on my own that was upped to $17k but still a far cry from what my vehicle was actually worth. Further negotiating on my own was at a standstill. I reached out to Dan and after speaking with him felt he could do better. Dan worked quickly and had his assessment submitted under a week. We settled with the insurance company at $27k shortly after. The small fee Dan charged was definitely worth the effort. Great guy, really understands the vehicle market. If you find yourself in a similar situation it’s definitely at the very least worth speaking with him.

If there were 10 stars I would have checked 10.
I contacted Daniel and he asked for some basic info and I sent him a copy of the CCC One low-ball offer from my insurance company and a picture of my damaged, totaled vehicle.. He reviewed the information and said he would guaranty that he could get my loss to a much higher level than the low-ball offer. I entered into an agreement with Daniel and let him do his magic representing me and he did as he said. At the start of my loss negotiations with my insurance company they did go a bit higher but it soon became clear that they were not going to go any near the fair market value. That was when got Daniel into the game on my side. He did what said and I ended up with a settlement at the fair market value. He was worth every penny of his fee and he even advised me that might be able to get his fee reimbursed. I played around with the adjuster at the my end and ran into a stone wall. I then called my insurance company in the evening and explained the push back I was getting. I was sent and email identifying my issues (I would not have had to resort to hiring a third party to represent me if the original offer had not been a low-ball offer) and was assured it would go to correct depart above the adjuster and they ended up reimbursing my fee also.

Before I had officially retained Daniel’s services with Auto Claim Consultants, to handle my total loss claim, his advice equipped me to be able to call my insurance and increase their original offer more than $2000. They had the wrong trim, and had the wrong pre wreck condition of my vehicle. However, still not to the amount Daniel suggested my vehicle was worth, I did then retain him to take on State Farm on my behalf. The final offer was more than $5000 higher than the original offer before I contacted Daniel at ACC. I can’t be more satisfied and I’ll absolutely be telling everyone I know about them and would definitely use them again.
