I can't say enough praises for Oregon Restoration. It was a stressful situation that Ore. Restoration walked us through.
From our initial meeting the PM Danny was helpful with his expertise and knowledge about Mold Remediation. They quoted a price that was extremely fair for the amount of work required. They are the only company that I interviewed that performs work using IICRC guidelines. The work was done quickly and efficiently. All my questions and concerns were resolved with customer service that was extremely professional. The jobsite was always clean and protection was in place to avoid cross contamination. I highly recommend Oregon Restoration.

Professional, courteous, communicative, excellent expectation management, and adhered well to schedule. Felt they were competent, thorough, and worth the money (which was pretty reasonable).
Issue: We had a potential water leak - baseboard was swelling and we needed to open the wall to understand what was happening.

Scoping: OR Restoration (Ricky L specifically) had a thorough quote, took the time to answer questions I had regarding scope, and was specific to opening the wall and confirming / stopping the leak if there was one. He noted mold mitigation would require a change order if it was found. He ensured their plumber could be available to fix a leak quickly if one was found, which there was and he did. Ricky said their restoration crew (for wall repair, painting, etc) was booked out for the next month so if I needed that done quickly, then hiring a different contractor would probably be the right call, which I appreciated.

Ricky L made sure I was kept abreast of project progress, explained issues found and explained options to help me determine how best to proceed. He was very responsive. Honestly, it was a breath of fresh air to have contractors who knew what they were doing, executed competently, and communicated effectively. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I will absolutely use them in the future.

We bought a newer home build on old farm land. The water table in the area is very high (like most of NW Oregon). Because of that, water was visible in the crawl space. We had several companies come out to provide estimates and their opinions on how to correct the issue. The estimates ran from a new moisture barrier to full encapsulation (with a wild variation in price). Ryan (the owner) and Jason (his lead guy for crawl space work) came out and they recommended replacing the moisture barrier (taped together and up the sides) after a full perimeter trench with "perf pipe" and sump pumps at either end of the house.
Don't get me wrong, the fix was not cheap but the work was well done. It required a full perimeter trench around the inside of the crawl space. They dug down through several inches of gravel and clay. The next day, the trench was full of water. The newly installed sump pumps had their work cut out for them. They put in a perforated pipe in the trench and covered it in drain rock (about 2 yards total). The pipe was terminated in the sump.
The Team - lead by James was: Tim, Austin, David and Sebastion did a great job.
The owner Ryan has built a great company able to handle all trades required to do the job.

Now, I laugh at myself for thinking I could do on my own.

Oregon Restoration did great work for us. We had burst pipes on the second floor of our house and water damage into the basement. They were in our house cleaning up, packing up household items, doing demolition of water damaged walls, cabinetry, floors for 2-3 weeks. Then they did a final clean up and removal of all of their equipment. We were lucky because they came in right away and worked steadily to detect the problem areas, dry out areas, etc. Prior to all this work they took video and still photos of all the affected areas for the insurance company and they use devices to detect moisture and measure all the damaged and demolished materials. They are used to working with insurance companies and providing the information needed for the process. We were very impressed and felt fortunate to work with Oregon Restoration. They also protected I damaged areas and personal property.
