Have worked with Timmco for a year. I remember them being very friendly and helpful on the first interaction a year ago. Since then Timmco believes in the “Rely on insurance companies automated reminders” to renew and gather savings.

When working with a private firm like this, it seems counterintuitive to rely on automated emails, instead of personally corresponding and finding you savings or benefits for plan reconfiguration. This set up and forget process is the primary reason I will no longer be working with this company.

With lack of customer retention and lack of help, you are better off signing up through major carriers on their website. They will be sure to provide the same hands off approach with no added fees for the firms “service”
