Contacted Karla over 3 weeks ago and requested quotes on both homeowners and auto. She did not call back with any updates so followed up with her and was told she needed to speak to an underwriter. That was 2 weeks ago and still have not received a response. Very poor customer service!

Alex Zimmer does an incredible job with customer service and honesty! Several of my family members and friends have gotten quotes from Alex and if he can't find a better rate and coverage, he tells them so. He is also quick to respond to questions and goes the extra mile in helping navigate claims - some that are for my family members and not even me! Thanks Alex!
