McKenna Keenan was absolutely fantastic to work with! I was helping a listing client with a roof claim. We had some miscommunication at one point but they did everything they could and more to make it right! Would highly recommend as they are very personable, informative and customer service focused. Always a relief when you can get the person you need to speak with on the phone, plus she was very prompt in responding to phone and email. Highly recommend!

Dealing with insurance anything is not something I ever look forward to because it costs a lot of money and I don't understand most of it but Ogden always helps me. Every time I call. I've been with this company for many years because they are always easy to work with and helpful with any questions that i have.

Without going into too many details, I was in a complicated situation with my auto insurance at a car rental business. Although it took some time to resolve, it was the help from Ogden that finally resolved our issue and let us continue with our vacation. We are very grateful to them for helping us out so quickly.
