We called Terri Scholting around 4:00 on a Thursday, having become overwhelmingly frustrated with our prior carrier. We needed to secure three different types of policies. By 11:00 a.m. the following day (a Friday, mind you) we not only had coverage in place, we even had complete policies in our hands. Terri made us feel like she quite literally dropped everything and made our needs her absolute priority. My husband has had his insurance with Terri since she opened her business. When we moved to the US Virgin Islands, she was not able to write our coverage there. So, we had more than a clue about just how well Terri knew insurance and even more about how incredible the customer service from her entire office was and would be.

Terri is the premier agent of all agents. You speak with her and boom!! Things get done.

There is NO waiting on somebody's manager's manager to okay a simple email before a copy of a dec sheet can be sent. NO explaining your story 75000 times before getting an issue resolved. Even better is that there are seldom, if ever, any issues to contend with when Terri has your back.

I don't care where you live within the USA, call Terri. I guarantee you she will amaze you!!! She certainly has amazed me and I could not be more grateful!!!
