Worst insurance agency ever. This agent advised his client not to file a claim so their homeowners insurance wouldn't go up after their Son damaged my car. Seems like fraud to me and he just gave me the run around instead of actually filing a claim. $950 worth of damage and they didn't want to pay for a rental car while it got fixed.

For the past 2 months, Wes has repeatedly dropped the ball and mishandled my auto policies, ultimately leading to severe financial ramifications.

I signed up for a Nationwide policy through him. Then in mid June, he switched me to a cheaper Progressive policy. He assured me I would not need to pay the last month of Nationwide, he was going to cancel the policy, and he assured me he would handle the initial payments with Progressive. He did so with the renters portion for Progressive, but did not start the auto portion correctly. I had no idea about this, I received no notification from him or Progressive. In fact, Wes sent me ID cards and everything seemed in order on my end.

Unfortunately, on July 3rd, I was in a car accident. It was not until July 12 that my Progressive claim adjuster, not Wes, advised me my policy with Progressive never actually started, leaving me no coverage for the accident. My claim adjuster also informed me that Wes and his receptionist had not followed up with her regarding my policy information, leaving her unable to complete her job in a timely manner. Luckily, Wes dropped the ball again and did not cancel my Nationwide policy like he was supposed to, even after I had reached out to him (with no response) asking why they were billing me still. I contacted Wes to clear this up and he assured me I had $5000 med pay coverage under Nationwide and it would cover towing and fees for my car sitting in the tow lot. He also consistently stated he was sick to his stomach and lost sleep over the mess with my policies, yet he refused to take any steps to resolve the issue, or take any accountability for his actions that resulted in this mess. I just found out this morning, again from a claim adjuster, not Wes himself, that I only have $500 med pay coverage and no towing or fee coverage at all.

He has failed time and time again to do his job, commincate effectively, and resolve an issue that he created. When given opportunities to resolve the issue, he stated he was losing sleep and was sick to his stomach, but took no action to even attempt a resolution, and to top it all off, he has not even had the decency to respond to my emails. Due to his negligence and inability to do his job correctly, I am now left to pay hundreds, possibly thousands of dollars out of my own pocket to fix his mistakes.

Do NOT use Weston Mock. I do not know how he as such rave reviews, but he failed when he was needed most. Do NOT trust him to handle your insurance coverage.

I thought I'd already left a review for Weston Mock a long time ago but apparently not. Wes is amazing - he saves me thousands every year on my insurance packages, and I don't have to spend a minute filling out insurance applications. It's a no-brainer to go with an insurance agent and there isn't anyone better than Weston Mock.

He is thoughtful, caring, detailed, FAST. A combination you just don't see out there any more in any industry.

Wes is really friendly and helpful. I was able to change our home and auto insurance with his help that is saving us money while increasing our coverage. I can't express how happy I am with Wes. Not only he is polite, genuine, and courteous, but he also knows what he is doing. Update: recently I needed Wes to double cheek our quotes and he took time to go over all our quotes. In addition, he took time to email me all the diff quotes from diff companies so we could have the comp. We have worked with several agents before and no one is as responsive and reliable as Wes!
