Been doing business with Chastain the last 5 years. The last four years I have received double digit increases. This year's renewal jumped 25%! Btw, I have never filed a claim! Flawless driving record! You have to do your own homework every year to find a competitive rate. Chastain was no longer competitive. My own research found a very prominant competitor that quoted me 40% less. 40% gets my attention and I am making the switch! They didn't seem much interested in retaining my business.

I was with the same agent at American Family for 25 years. When he retired I did not realize how valuable he had been. I've gone through 4 of AF's agents and 2 independents before remembering Kyle at Chastain Otis. He had kept in contact with me on another issue for a period of years. DUHHH!! Here's a guy who has periodically called me during the above time frame but it was always at the wrong time. After the previous years fiasco I dug his information up, and called him. WOW!!! He actually was available most times, if not Called back promptly, Used the phone instead of email/texting and spent time talking. He took over the existing mess, cleaned it up and made it painless. So if you have found yourself in Insurance Hell Give Kyle a call and enjoy the Cool down 🙂

Progressive Insurance Company customer many years. Chastain's office has been a good middleman facilitating my auto insurance policy. It's been many years since I've had to speak with Chastain's representatives in person or on the phone. All my interactions with them is through e-mail and links to renew my auto insurance every 6 months. It's all been very efficient, non-intrusive and convenient for my needs. The one, no fault of mine accident I've had under Chastain's watch was handled hassle free and quickly resolved. Been decent so far. No, I'm not a bot = Rubber baby buggy bumpers = there, satisfied?
