Em is amazing! She took what should've been a stressful process and made it easy! The customer service she provided was nothing less than legendary! We had previously walked into another "easy" title loan place and left based on customer service. Even though Em was busy with other customers when we arrived she still managed to make us feel like the only people that mattered. We almost forgot the stress we were under in her care and she deserves to be recognized!
