Everyone I've talked to here has been polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Recently Katie reached out to me to discuss my policies and make sure everything was up to date. Katie took the time to take me through each of my policies and explain what I had as well as what I might consider changing, but I never felt pressured to add coverage. She even spent some time at the end to explain the different life policies that are available and how to make use of them, still without trying to convince me that I needed one. One of the most educational phone calls I've ever had.

Absolutely appreciate all the workers here that are so helpful and quick to respond! They always send me reminders and updates, look for deals, and help with any questions I have right away. I have been extremely unimpressed with Allstate for the past few years due to many reasons. My friend told me to call Jenny Bean at Mike Devine State Farm to see if she can help me because she saved him not only a lot of money, but was the best insurance agent he had encountered in over 30 years. I ended up moving all my policies after being with Allstate for 16 years. The amount of money I will be saving has nothing on the fact that she went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, made me feel comfortable and secure about switching to State Farm and had so much knowledge about insurance.
