Infinity Insurance Partners is the worst Ins. Company I`ve ever dealt with. After being a customer for 3 years, they kept raising rates & as a senior with a perfect record they couldn't explain the rate increases. The website was useless for changing email addresses or phone numbers.
their customer service is horrible, the agency that handled my policy, made me jump through hoops to cancel.

We've had our insurance with Jessica for many, many years and couldn't be more happy with the services she and her team provide. They are very prompt to answer calls and return messages and work hard to find the best insurance to fit your business needs. We've had to call on Infinity for last minute requests and at times odd requests and Jessica is always there to follow through.
