This organization's business practices are alarming. Do not trust when they say they are handling things. Hector's lack of action delayed protecting my grandfather from a hired assistant that was physically causing harm and neglect. Our questions were ignored. Very important questions regarding who authorized taking him off his medications and who authorized a dose of morphine when that was not to be used. Essentially that dose of morphine was a fatal dose. In the end, the assistant became close to our fiduciary and he defended this man after events were reported to the police. We were told by Hector that he would secure a moving company to move my grandfather to another facility. In the end, he never made any contact with a mover and had the office staff at East Valley Fiduciary do the moving along with my 70 year old mother (in the middle of the summer!) He never disclosed that they would be billing fiduciary rates for this move. A one bedroom apartment being moved one block away to a storage facility cost us thousands. We had to hire an attorney to try to dispute the charges. They failed at protecting my grandfather and on top of everything else had no qualms about trying get as much money out of the family as they could. Please be careful with them and if you can, find a trust worthy fiduciary company to go with. They are not that company.

EVFS and Mike Bogle were appointed to be my conservator, I fought them and the conservatorship was terminated after 13 months. In 13 months I was charged over $296k in professional fees, the Court has ordered all these fees be returned because they were "erroneous and unjust". Yesterday the Arizona Supreme Court Fiduciary Licensing Board ordered that EVFS and Bogle be put censured, put on probation and an audit be performed for past and current clients. The found that EVFS double billed, charged excessive fees and submitted false and misleading information to the Court, which is essentially lying to the Court. This is the second time EVFS and Bogle have been put on probation in less than 2 years. Previously they were put on probation when an elderly man hired them to simply pay his bills. The convinced him to 'try out' an assisted living facility for two weeks, after the 2 weeks he said he wanted to go home and Bogle refused to letting him go home. This gentlemen then attempted to terminate the powers of attorneys he signed and EVFS attempted to have him declared incompetent but no doctor would support that diagnosis. In this case, they were found to have submitted false and misleading testimony to the Court among various other charges. People are aware of Brittany Spears but this is happening to the elderly at an alarming rate across the country. If you have had a bad experience with EVFS or any other fiduciary in Arizona google "arizona supreme court fiduciary licensing" and follow the links to file a complaint. Everything I have stated in this review can be supported by Court documents or by looking at the complaints by year, 2019, at the fiduciary board website. Please don't let a family member become victim to this company. If you or a family member have been or are a victim file a complaint and fight!! They must be stopped and the moment is now in your favor. Thanks and good luck

Do not sign anything that says they are successor or Trustee....do not have a revocable living trust....don't let them convince you to have life estate administered by them for your kids...you can't see trust documents once your loved one has died. Every word in will and trusts protects them as they administer your money to zero - read past first 5 pages. Probate isn't any more costly than what they charge. Financial planning is one big crock. Financial planners are planning for their future not yours. The dead can't talk.

Horrible customer service, no accountability.
My sister was mentally ill and they didn't pay her taxes on her house. They said they are not mind readers and how were they supposed to know it was due. UMMM hello! Isn't that your job to make sure your clients finances are taken care of?
If I could rate 0 of out 10 I would.

Last year my son stole $234,000 from me after I inherited approximately 1 million. I was left devastated since he had never done anything wrong before this. I wanted a fiduciary to pay my bills for me. They came over and told me about guardianship and I said ok. I felt lucky that I had them at first. Then they showed me who they really are. Liars, manipulators , never answer my texts. Then I went to the next problem. I had no available cash to live on. They closed the debit cards where my allowance was deposited into. They are giving me NOTHiNG.

Can I say ruthless? Now they are putting me in a ratty assisted living.

Theresa ells is incompetent. This place is lame. Unfair to beneficiaries and huge delays in getting my moms trust settled. Is ripping off my moms estate. Plays games with other peoples money. Now, almost two years later, theresa lies about not getting messages to call back beneficiaries!
