Been with The Ins Team since 2019 and they were great. My agent was Tara and she always took can of everything. I can’t suggest anything but to avoid them until they get themselves straightened out now though.

I think Tara left. I wasn’t informed that my agent had left, it wasn’t until my email was returned that I suspected it. It’d have been nice to have been assigned another agent and informed of who my contact would be. It’s been 3+ months and I still don’t know.

For the last 3 months I have been fighting just to be heard, even emailing Steve Fisher directly. Now, I don’t expect to get a response for anything. It started with a simple update and has been strings of unanswered emails and scheduled phone calls that never came.

The few responses that I have gotten are ambiguous and without detail or, worse and exceptionally annoying, long voicemails and emails of drawn out apologies that still do not address the simple update. Look, you’ve already wasted my time with horrific service, don’t bore me and waste more of my time with monotonous apologies… I don’t care that you’re sorry, just do your job.

I’ve had multiple automated emails that seem to be completely off base, like an email saying my YEARLY renewal should have gone through already, 4 months before it was due, to be followed exactly a month later with one saying my renewal was coming up. I even went as far as using the contact form on the website, explaining that I can’t get anyone to respond. Someone did respond asking about car insurance and after several weeks of trying, I think my homeowners’ policy is accurate…? But, honestly, I don’t know.

I’m tired. It’s been exhausting.

Now I’m being asked to fill out the questionnaire again, I don’t know what happened to the one I filled out two months ago. I know the scheduled phone call to discuss it never came. I know I’ve managed to get some kind of changes related to it made since, though I don’t really know what. I know those changes happened as recently as last month but now, they want me to update with the questionnaire, again.

I’m sure it will be an incredibly valuable use of my time and I am absolutely thrilled. 😑

Since Tara left sometime after October 2023, this place has been a nightmare to deal with. There are attempts at no proactive solutions, minimal customer service, and zero advocacy or accountability with regard to the simplest tasks. You get the “oh well” response to a mistake THEY made without any attempt to remedy the error. When I reached out to the owner for a safe estimate if I made a homeowners claim, he told me the premium would go up around 20%. I made the claim accepting the estimated increase, it more than DOUBLED. I reached out to express my frustration, again, without reply or offer to shop a new rate. I can’t drop these guys quickly enough. I switched auto and found they were charging me DOUBLE what my new rate was.
This place used to be fantastic. I don’t know what happened. Both my ex husband and I left them.

Found that that their best price is about $100 more than others, trusted Tara, but she left and now I left in the mess. Cancelled my policy but their office never update it with the carrier, left me dealing with collection agency since the carrier still charging me the premium. Now damage has been done. And I'm as the consumer has to deal with it.

Krystal is a rockstar! She previously assisted me in obtaining better rates with a different company. She recommended that I raise my overall bodily injury limits as the state or Arizona has very low required limits. I did so because 1) it was still roughly the same price as my previous carrier and 2) it would alleviate any type of out of pocket costs should something happen. Unfortunately, something happened, but I am far more at ease due to her recommending higher limits. So, THANK YOU Krystal!
