I can summarize my experience with Certified Fiduciary Services in just a few words: Professional, caring and kind. I had experience with professional fiduciaries in my work as an attorney. I interviewed several professional fiduciaries before helping a close friend engage CFS. We could tell right away that CFS was different. The principal fiduciary at CFS, Tara Lara, sets the tone. Tara is extremely competent, caring and kind. Her leadership permeates the entire organization. Everyone I dealt with at CFS, the care coordinators, accountants and others had those same comforting qualities. Hiring a professional fiduciary to handle the affairs of a loved one is a big step. Engaging CFS put my friend’s mind (and my mind) at ease. If I ever personally need the services of a professional fiduciary, I’d hire CFS in a heartbeat. CFS takse care of everything, professionally, calmly and efficiently.

I have been working with CFS for years in a professional context. They provide the highest quality service and charge reasonably. They have extremely knowledgeable fiduciaries on staff. Keep in mind when you read negative reviews that CFS handles many cases in highly contentious situations where some family member is always going to be unhappy. I can state as a professional in the industry that I refer work to CFS on a regular basis due to the quality and efficiency of their work.

My son just bought a truck and this company had signed all the paperwork. The DMV was giving us a hard time with the title transfer. Kallie and Gwen went above and beyond for us, just before they closed to explain the paperwork. We went back to the DMV who was still giving us issues. We were able to call and get Kallie on the phone just as they were closing and she was gracious enough to talk to the guy at the DMV and get it all squared away for us. Both of these ladies made a stressful situation and turned it into something wonderful. Didn't get the receptionist name, but she was so sweet and helpful also.
