Excellent job! I enjoyed the direct texting to office staff for updates, the email confirmation and status of documents and the friendly in person customer service.

My only suggestion is that the use of the smaller cubicle spaces for privacy be utilized. This is a small community and a sense of confidentiality would aid in your professionalism. Otherwise, the two woman team is efficient.
