Was told it would take approximately a week to complete my return. It took several months. During which I was kept completely in the dark and had no idea what was going on or what to expect. When finalized nothing was as we expected in the beginning.

DO NOT use this company. They were in charge of my previous employers 401K account. I am still trying to get my check sent out to me and it’s been OVER a month. John Karrant is not helpful and only sends emails asking if “my problem was resolved”… and also takes 2 weeks to respond to any email. Something so simple has been the worst experience I’ve dealt with in years.
