I reached out to State Farm to get insurance and had an agent in a different state, gonna help me and have everything taken care of. I went to the local State Farm agent and spoke with a man named Mike at the Marion location. He is very unprofessional and does not follow through I spoke with him two weeks prior to wanting to get the insurance. He keep telling me that he will get it all taken care of the date of it was ready to get the insurance had nothing done and act like it was my fault. We told him that we were just gonna go with the other State Farm agent. He said that was fine and slam the door behind us as we walked out.Would not recommend this place at all, especially if you get the agent Mike Long story short, we end up getting our insurance through State Farm with another agent out of state because the agent in the local city Marion did not have their stuff together to help us after being given two weeks and called multiple times I wish Mr. Smith would show Mike how to be professional and to show that the customers are number one and you are right you asked for one simple piece of paper at the time of me trying to get the insurance this was supposed to been done two weeks prior to me being there that wasn’t done. He does not take his job serious. You can say what you want, but it is what it is. This was your first time hearing about this and you were there when this happened and asked for that piece of paper that was supposed been done two weeks prior to me coming in there this place is a joke and yes, I was in an upset mood when I walked into your office 2 1/2 weeks later after coming into your office and still did not have my insurance quote ready like he said he had he doesn’t do what he says he’s going to do it’s point blank you can justify the situation however you want it is what it is

I was there with my fiancé, when he talked to him on the phone 2 weeks prior to the incident of us arriving at your location, ready to start our policy, he knew everything that needed to go on because we talked to him multiple times emailed him. Text and emails that everything he needed. He told us he could not do the quote through games co. That somebody else had to do it every time we called. He never followed through. He said he would have to get back with us. Never call this back yesterday. The 2nd of April, we called and told him that we were ready for the quote. This is 2 weeks after him, knowing the fact all of it that we needed for our day. Insurance, including the Sr 22. If we get there, he acts like we're stupid. But he never heard of anything about the Sr 22. And yes, the only thing y'all needed was a piece of paper, it's from us to start the policy, but it's not about the paper. It's about him doing what he was told. That he needed to do, but yet he was incompetent to do it. Never follow through with what he said. And blame the customer.
We even called back to talk to the manager about the situation. We were told that he is not available. This is the worst business ever and yes, we did start our policy with State Farm if anybody wants to know. Just not with this location The only reason why we came to this location is because it's closer to our home. Besides going with a State Farm agent in another state, it's sad that we had to go to another state to get State Farm. It's been our local office because he well. I would fuse to help us. He had 2 weeks to get all of it together. And talk to us no Morse at Tom's, we asked him the day that we came in on the second, what all do we need? Just our Driver's license and payment. That was all he never followed through what he said he was going to do two weeks prior to us coming in there about our policy
