My sister had to pick up a car after a car accident. We visited an Enterprise in Memphis (Getwell Road) and it was unkept so we left and was able to get a car reserved at this location.
This location was very clean and the staff were very friendly and very professional. The cars and parking lot were very clean. The interior of business was also in immaculate condition!! We were extreme comfortable and felt safe.
We were extremely satisfied with service and vehicle. I highly recommend this location!!!!

I am trying to get back home due to my wife’s recent surgery and was permitted to book 2 days ago. When I got there to pick up my car, I was told that there were no available vehicles for me to use and more or less I needed to figure it out myself. I was not made aware prior to my scheduled pick up time that this would be an issue so now I am stuck and do not have time to locate alternative options. Customer service was 0/10
