I have worked with Cedric of CL Meta Realty on several deals. As a real estate attorney, I love a realtor who takes charge of his/her deals, and doesn't let go until the closing. Cedric is the best at that! He knows the latest on every file before I do! You can't ask for a better partner to ensure that a deal will get to the closing table. And clients always seem to be happy! I’ve worked with Cedric on purchasing my first home and I honestly made the best decision going with him and his expertise. He went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied and helped me every step of the way. Finding your way into your new home is very nerve wrecking, but he makes it a smooth process. Even after the purchase took place months/years after he still always checks in never leaving you in the past.

I was in the process of selling and buying a home at the same time. Cedric helped me on both ends and made the process stress free.
