This place is very careless in many areas. If they make a mistake and have to correct it, they just forget about you while they still have your car. They had my car 5 weeks. They also misdiagnosed my engine . They told me "it couldn't be repaired without replacing it" after I had already paid them for lots of other work. I eventually picked it up with the check engine light still on, and the engine was still shaking badly. I brought it straight to another mechanic, and he fixed the problem in one night with very little cost. What I was told by this place were bad piston rings causing poor compression, ended up being just a simple coil pack. Saying that I received unsatisfactory customer service here would be an understatement!

Stop come to fix your car.... they never know how to fix the car... and know my car not done, they renew owner ... I think I will make policy with police report next month.

I’ve been coming to this place off and on for about 10 years. The name changed once, but the mechanics are largely still here. I see a couple of familiar faces. I still slip up and call the place by it’s old name. Fair prices. If it can be fixed, they can get it done. Big fan here

My husband take the car come here over 2 months , and now everytime I ask him, your car done or not. He just say waiting and not work yet. I'm so upset he take my car everything go to work.i need car,too. So bad.

reliable and reasonable, my always goto repair shop. Get diagnostics from other big auto shops i.e. dealers then buy parts online and come here to save big bucks!
