We would love to be contacted by them. Once we gave the payment Patty Moreno disappeared. Initially it all went well. We got our quote on march 2025 and a month later we received a cancellation notice. She knew our policy had the risk of getting cancelled and went ahead to insure it. I hope patty takes this reviews as an opportunity to improve her customer service. She never answers the phone! The only communication she offers is email and takes time to respond. We also never received our insurance cards.

BE CAREFUL WITH THESE BROKERS! They’ll quote you a low price so you can give a down payment and lock you in but then when it comes to sign the paperwork they’ll change the quote to a higher price. Once you give that down payment you’re done.

Please don’t zelle them money. Until your quote is confirmed before giving them any money go with a company that you can work direct instead of the brokers stay away from this company . Or else they will make you wait 14 to 21 days or longer to get your money .

Bad customer service never answer phones gives you the run around will not recommend anyone to do business with this company. Gives you a quote changes up to even higher one once you pay. All swing bad service DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I had a frustrating experience with Call Patty Insurance, particularly with an agent named Roxy. After several attempts to reach her and spending a long time on hold, I finally got through, but the service did not meet my expectations.

Roxy seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to fully address my questions. I felt ignored and undervalued as a customer. The lack of communication and support was disappointing, and it made the entire process more stressful than it needed to be. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience with Roxy and the other two agent I forgot their names

This company is a SCAM! Very unprofessional. Once they receive a payment prices magically change. Have recorded conversations of broker Loscar changing agreements and lying. Manager Frank will constantly say he will get back to you and keep forwarding your calls. (Call from different numbers so they can answer!)Hard working business owners do not go through this company THEY WILL PUT YOUR COMPANY AT RISK!!!!It does not take that long to receive policy number. They toy with you.There are better company’s with better prices please do research. This company OVERCHARGES and don’t provide the service.
