I was with this Allstate office for almost 40 years. I didn't have any incidents until a year ago when I hit a pole in a parking lot. The car had $8k of repairs. Without any word from the agent my policy more than doubled. No one from this office called to let me know of the change. Since I was on autopay I didn't notice the increase for a few months at which point I called the office. I was told the premium would go down after 36 months, meaning I would be paying for the entirety of the repairs and then some. As I hadn't received any notice, I requested a reimbursement for the difference for the past three months. I also requested twice that I receive a call from John Andrews. I wasn't reimbursed and didn't hear from John. If you think the higher rates you are paying will provide you with extra service, attention or protection, they won't. Happily saving my money with another company now. Wish I had made this change decades ago.

I have been a customer of Allstate for over 30 years. I recently had a problem with a policy. I reached out and called the office. I spoke with a representative of John's , her name is Eden. She was so dismissive regarding my problem and concerns. I couldn't believe the attitude I was experiencing with this individual. I asked to speak to John and she said, " I don't know what his schedule is this week, but I send him the message." It is now Sunday morning and I spoke with Eden on Tuesday. I have never heard from John. I am so upset by the lack of concern or care after being a so-called valued client. I called back the office later the same afternoon and spoke with Sabrina. She was helpful and very kind.
I would have thought that after being a loyal client of John's for over 28 years, I deserve the respect of a returned phone call.

I have been a customer of John’s for many years and will continue to do so. John’s agency and his staff are very responsive. I have lots of cars along with my homeowner insurance through him. Whenever I need something such as an auto insurance quote for an additional car I simply send an email to him and Kim with my specifics and typically receive a response within a few hours.

I NEED to take of business. Eden is an employee hired by John Andrews. I haven't had TIME due a friend's sick 😷 Dad this morning 🌄. I want the public to know that I had experienced a few minor glitches with my All State APP but need to complete a business transaction soon. I want the public to know; left a voicemail w/ John Andrew; it had taken a few hours for Eden to respond, figuring it's the HOLIDAYS as in CHRISTMAS 🎄. I know "normally" I would had given three or four stars but now five stars for Eden's timely response. AI as in Artificial Intelligence may assist us but like or prefer to keep humans in the LOOP! EDEN had been very patient with me. I wasn't mad 😠 but had a couple past issues with my APP not working. I can't blame John & Eden for a bad programmer. I think technology is wonderful if it WORKS! Five Stars for keeping humans in the LOOP. I am also confident I will receive something soon in the 🐌 SNAIL 📫 OFFICE. I believe a couple times my letters were lost in transmission via USPS but know we can SIMPLY BLAME the Covid19. I think Eden SHARED a professional confidence unlike others I had insured with... made more subterfuges thus why I'm GOING with John Andrews in 2021.

Allstate has the best service, the best prices and the really best worker, her name is Pam and she will always be there when you need her. Answers emails, phone calls or whatever very fast. I wanted to bring her to work in New York. I’ll miss Allstate when I sell my car in CA

The entire staff has been very helpful. They always help in lowering my car insurance and RV insurance. They actually have a conversation with you and it seem genuine.
