Went Traci who works there she helped me go over quotes and the documents. We were comparing to what I had with AAA. I couldn’t believe my eyes. She helped me save a bundle on my home and car. Disappointed. I Bought a beautiful custom home and had professionals install reinforced scuppers for the roof. This agents underwriter came out without a ladder and "inspected the roof" with a phone attached to a stick for pictures. I was denied coverage, after being told to call and cancel my previous insurance. I was told that individuals and their homes were a priority to this agent. Yet, I had to ask "if they were going to advocate for my home and business ". The agent seemed surprised! Like advocating for my home and vehicles was important for me.
