I've tried to get a quote from Paul at VIP for over three months now, for multiple houses and cars. I just keep getting delays and failure to follow through. A little professionalism and common courtesy would be nice.

Would give 10 stars if I could. VIP will be my 5th broker I’ve used and I literally could not have asked for a better one. I go through Carlos directly primarily, but I’ve worked with others in the office as well. Everyone is super friendly and thorough, Carlos really does the most for us. I was paying $360 for full coverage on one car with one accident on my record and I pay $185 for 3 cars now, still with an accident on my record. Carlos is readily available at all times of the day, and never gives any issues when I have questions or need assistance with anything at all. Today he followed up to let me know my account was pending cancellation for a missed payment because I got a new debit card and forgot to update it. Would never have known if it weren’t for him and I’ve never had that before. I’ve recommended them to several friends and will continue to stand by them.
