My wife and I were very pleased with the service that Brad Shull provided during our insurance claim process. First of all, he appeared the second day after the house fire. He immediately assessed the damages. His expertise reflected his prior experience of more than 35 years as an insurance adjuster. He provided us, in a very timely manner, a detailed list of damages, repairs and replacements and their corresponding costs. Also, he was a buffer between us and the insurance and mortgage companies. Many times, he spoke with many managerial levels of the mortgage company and fought hard with them to receive the final payout.
