Very awesome to see a Christian based insurance company!!!!! I'm new to the housing market and constantly praying for help with my housing situation. And just as I need it this amazing company showed up. I admit I wasn't responsive, but I'm also glad they accepted and issued my insurance policy with them 🙂 I love how open and straight forward they are with the video they sent explaining how it all works. I found Faithful through a word of mouth referral. What a found was a small local company that focused on on my individual need and situation. I needed a quote for a new mortgage. I asked Jason to help me get a new auto a policy with 10 days notice and he did not do it or tell me it wasn’t happening in time which would have allowed me to protect myself. He was poor at communicating his mistake in a timely fashion, made excuses, even blamed me after I had provided all of the information they needed. I know there are things out of our control and in those cases not making assumptions and communicating proactively is needed. Jason put me in a terrible position and also didn’t handle the mistake properly or professionally. He had one job.
