I've been with this comany for several years. I can't get a hold of anyone. Ive left several messages for months. Save yourself frustration , time and money . find another broker. I would like to not be associated with them but .. I can't get a hold of anyone to complete the correct forms to do so. it's almost worth shopping for myself and paying more just because of the frustration . I'm over it .

I never write bad reviews and dont take many that i read very seriously because its always the winey customers who just want to complain.... But i feel like i need to protect the next person interested in dealing with this company...If it were possible to put a big fat reg X or a huge red flag on this company I would put 1000. The service with Ryan who is the owner is honestly so ridiculously frustrating that I can't even believe this person has a business. It all started from the very beginning, he wasnt filing proper paperwork to my lender for the new home insurance and the letters kept coming from my lender. It was after several calls to him that he finally got a move on it. On top of the multiple issues with communication and guidance during the switch to safeco there were numerous other issues I can't even run through all of them. The final two straws was when my premium went up double at my year mark with no communication. Then when I called to cancel, Ryan says all good but yet I was still getting auto charged for several months afterwards. My message I left i guess alerted his mother in law judy who stepped in to assist and started asking me for documents to cancel. Ryan never asked me for documents but rather 4 months before said "all good". Im not sure Ryan knows how to handle this business. I truly can't imagine how a business like this is still operating. No matter what low premium Ryan promises up front, DO NOT sign on with him. You won't be able to get through to anyone other than Ryan who is not helpful and then you feel helpless. By the grace of God, Judy somehow received my message and took it seriously and assisted on pitting an end to the madness. Insanely unprofessional and severely disconnected from his customers. DONT DEAL WITH THEM!!!

I tried to leave a review and was kicked out of the system. I had no support from Ryan when the homeowners insurance sent two contractors out rather than an insurance adjuster to check out a claim I had. I had had my roof replaced and because the contractors refused to accept the facts they said the roof had not been replaced. There was also a claim put in that the insurance company said was paid and that was a lie. I was never paid anything. The last straw was when I got my renewal notices for my auto and homeowners insurance and the homeowners had raised $60 a month with no explanation . Help from Ryan? No way!

Ryan has always helped me out when needed. He's lowered my premium a couple times for myself and the referrals I sent him. If you think you are paying too much for home and auto, give him a call and see what he can do for you.

I am more then satisfied with my rep Ryan, honestly he has taken the time to help me through any situation regarding my vehicle and policy and has always gotten me the be policy possible. He has been with me since I got my car and always makes time when I call to get back to me when he can. I am more then satisfied with his service and I wish I could give him more stars!

They treat you like family. They sit down with you to find your needs and find great service at affordable prices. The company they recommended for us has been top notch and the experience of having to deal with insurance has been really enjoyable and convenient. Definitely give them a call and try them out.
