Upon moving back to Arizona in 2018 I needed to get car and house insurance and I stumbled across Pinnacle Peak Insurance Group doing a web search. I've been doing business with them ever since and, as far as I'm concerned, they will be my absolute go-to for all insurance needs. I had originally been dealing with mainly with Martha who was always helpful, attentive and responsive, yet also from time to time with JR. After Martha left the group, I would always end up connecting with JR. It got to the point that I was ONLY asking to speak with JR when I called and his professionalism, attention to detail, "sleuthing" expertise at hunting out the very best policies for me as well as his kindness, friendliness, commitment to following up, drive to go above and beyond, and his sense of humor all have made me a customer for life!
