One year renewal and my premium increased by 50%. They also had the wrong year for my unit and said I must have told them wrong on the application, when in fact, the agent typed it wrong right off the title. Found a much cheaper rate at another agency. They only offer two options for park model insurance and they are bad and worse.

Hard to talk to agent when snowbirds are down. Left several messages after purchasing insurance through them and couldn't get call back. Finally transferred to Apache Junction location and was able to talk to agent. That is when I found out that you are not assigned an agent and you can call in and talk to anyone. Insurance pricing seemed to be competitive and they understand the snowbird situation and how to insure for part timers in AZ.

I moved cancelled my insurance they sent refund to my old address. I called and was tested like I was stupid when I said that I changed my address with post office I know how to change my address everything else came here and when I said the park called to tell me it was delivered there I was talked to like I don't know what I am talking about. I finally just said keep the money forget it(that part I will admit was dumb but I am not going to be talked that way). If I ever move back you will not get my business.

While I was on an extended vacation - they canceled my homeowners policy. We upgraded our policy which resulted in a new policy number which they never reported to my mortgage company. They sent me a letter by mail- that did not prompt a response because Zi was out of the country. So- instead of using another method of communication…email or voicemail- they left my home unprotected for 2 months. When I returned they played the blame game. Lots of competition out there…bye bye
