If we could leave no stars, we would. We have been with Harnish ever since it was Studer Insurance Group, so a long, long time. For the past three to four years, we have had significant increases in our policies, which have come with no heads up as to how we might be able to lower these. We called each time to question these increases, and were told each time that someone would review our policies and get back to us. Suffice to say, we always had to call the office at least a couple of times to get a response....and this most recent time, when our rates went up almost 40% from the previous year, we got no response at all when we called 3 days ago and got the "we'll review and get back to you" spiel. Today we cancelled with Harnish and signed with State Farm, who are providing much better coverage and lower rates.

I've been going to Bryan for years. My dad first told me about him and I know my dad has always trusted him. After years of getting my home, auto, and now term life insurance through Bryan, I routinely talk to friends who consistently pay more than me in all of these. I have worked with many insurance professionals over the years and I can say without a doubt Bryan Harnish and his staff has to be one of the best in the business. He explains things clearly and quickly. When I'm trying to decide which company and policy to choose, Bryan does all of the evaluation so it is a simple task for me. I have worked with others where they just gather info and give it to me to read and digest. If I wanted to do all that leg work I wouldn't need a broker.
